Abundance Block Intensive
A half-day (4-hour) VIP experience designed to give you emotional, mental and energetic clarity and direction around your finances so you can set yourself up for the most abundant outcomes.

The Process:
Together, we will explore and bring deep awareness to your mental, emotional, and energetic money blocks. I take both an intuitive and trauma-informed approach to these sessions. You’ll receive insight into:
- what is currently preventing the flow of money,
- what money needs from you to sustain a healthy relationship, and
- what tools would be most supportive for you at this time to increase your capacity for abundance.
During this intensive session, time will also be spent crafting an aligned action plan to help you integrate and embody the changes your soul is seeking, moving you into a natural state of alignment with your genuine, authentic (and abundant) self! After our time together, I will finalize and deliver a written PDF report summarizing the session for your reference. To help with accountability and integration, you’ll also have two check-ins with me after the half-day session.

ABUNDANCE BLOCK INTENSIVE
What’s Included:
A QUESTIONNAIRE BEFORE THE SESSION
This helps me prepare in advance. This questionnaire will take about 15-20 minutes to complete. It must be completed at least two business days prior to the session, or else the session must be rescheduled.
A 4-HOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION
which will incorporate a variety of healing tools and modalities. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Divination tools and intuitive guidance around your money blocks,
- Energy audit (chakra reading),
- Trauma-informed perspectives around your finances,
- Custom money healings or abundance transmissions (meditations),
- Custom money mantras/affirmations,
- Somatic practices (for nervous system regulation),
- Shadow and parts work (IFS),
- Journal prompts and reflection questions,
- Subconscious reprogramming techniques, and
- Key aspects of your numerology, astrology and human design as it relates to money/finances.
You have the option to self-record the session. There will be breaks throughout the 4 hours as mutually needed!
A DETAILED ANALYSIS OF YOUR MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND ENERGETIC MONEY BLOCKS
which will be summarized in writing and delivered in a PDF report within ten business days (2 weeks) after your session.
A STRATEGIC ROADMAP TO HELP YOU MOVE THROUGH OBSTACLES
This is designed to help you integrate and embody the changes your soul is seeking. This too will be put into writing and delivered in PDF report within ten business days (2 weeks) after your session. This report is an additional resource so you can refer to any action items discussed on the call.
2, 30-MINUTE INTEGRATION CHECK-INS
scheduled approximately 30 days and 60 days after the half-day intensive, respectively.
Energy Exchange
$888 for a half-day (4-hour) intensive. Monthly payment plan options are also available.
Note: At this time, sessions are designed for individuals only. A couple who wishes to receive a session can book two individual sessions.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Do You Offer Financial Advice During The Intensive?
No. During the session, I do not provide practical financial advice. However, navigating money is an interdisciplinary and intersectional experience. If, prior to or during the session, I discover that practical financial support or financial education is part of the solution to your abundance block(s), I will share that and may extend an invitation to offer you a holistic or mini financial plan.
How Do I Schedule An Intensive?
First, schedule a discovery call so I can determine if this is the best way I can support you. If it is, during the discovery call we will select a date and time for your intensive!
What Is Your Refund Policy For This Service?
Once paid, the fee is non-refundable.
How Is This Different From Your Abundance Block Session?
I also offer abundance block sessions if you’re looking for something more cost-effective. These 60-minute sessions do not include a written summary, formal action plan or integration check-ins.
